Delivery
Since we are a very small business orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding holidays). Estimated delivery time is 1-10 days depending on country. Please note that this is only an approximation. Shapeshifter are not responsible for any delays caused by the freight company.
Orders places during the weekend will be processed on Tuesday, and you will get a confirmation email once your product(s) are shipped.
Tracking Your Order
In the e-mail with your shipping confirmation you will find your tracking number, which enables you to track your delivery.
Uncollected Packages
Shapeshifter will not pay any shipping costs for uncollected packages. The customer will be charged with 200 SEK by either invoice or by deducting the fee amount from the order amount that is refunded after the return has arrived.
Damaged Goods
When you receive your item it is important that you immediately check that the item is in same condition as stated in the product description. Since we deal with pre-used clothing keep in mind that items will always have a worn effect, and any problems should be listed in the product page. However should the product be damaged or not correspond with the description, please contact us as soon as possible (but no later than a week after receiving the item/s) and we will help you out. Taxes And Duties
All orders outside the European Union is shipped on a DAP-basis which means that the prices displayed at the checkout are excluding all taxes, duties and Swedish VAT. This means that you may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes by your local customs. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise the exact amount on your order since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
