This website is operated by Shapeshifter Shop AB, org. nr 559487-7663. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shapeshifter. Shapeshifter offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Privacy
The personal information you forward to Shapeshifter will only be used in order to fulfil the undertakings Shapeshifter has and to assure you a good service. Upon request you have the right to see, correct and delete your personal details.

Disclaimer
Shapeshifter's ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Due to colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on our website can differ from their actual colours. Shapeshifter cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Prices
All prices in the Shapeshifter web store are stated in SEK. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping cost but including Swedish VAT. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored. 

Payments 
Shapeshifter accepts payment by VISA / Mastercard / Maestro / Klarna. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit Card payment is made with our partner Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders above 1500 SEK within SWEDEN, for orders below shipping charges are added. We ship with either Postnord, DHL, Fedex or UPS depending on country.  

Delivery
Since we are a very small business orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding holidays). Estimated delivery time after parcel is sent is 1-10 days depending on country. Please note that this is only an approximation. Shapeshifter are not responsible for any delays caused by the freight company. 
Orders places during the weekend will be processed on Tuesday, and you will get a confirmation email once your product(s) are shipped. For more information, see our shipping policy

Uncollected Packages
Shapeshifter will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages. 

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange your item to a gift card. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at instagram @shapeshifter.shop or send us an email at info@shapeshifter.ltd and we will provide you with return info. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you all the info, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that all returns will need to be dropped off / sent to the following address, but cannot be accepted without confirmation and receipt. 

When we receive your return we will check the condition of the item/s. If the return is approved you will be refunded. See Refunds below.

Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customers responsibility. You can always contact us for any questions regarding your return on the e-mail above.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest after Shapeshifter receive the item/s. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Additional duties, taxes or any other charge you may have will not be refunded by Pompa Shop. 

Compensations
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold us Shapeshifter harmless immediately on demand from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees arising from any breach of the Terms of Service by you including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your internet account caused by your action or inaction.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
